Return Policy (7 Days)

  • You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
  • To initiate a return, email us at cosmicotaku022@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the issue.

Refund Policy (3 Days)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Undelivered Orders / Return to Origin (RTO)

  • If a courier is unable to deliver your order and the status is marked as "Undelivered" or "Return to Origin (RTO)", the product will be sent back to our default address: Huepress Fashion Private Limited, Door No. 99A, Somanur Main Road, Karumathampatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu – 641659

  • Common reasons for RTO:

    • Pincode not serviceable
    • COD amount not ready at delivery
    • Customer not reachable
    • Incomplete or incorrect address
    • Customer refused delivery
    • Poor weather conditions
    • Self-pickup requested by customer
    • Future delivery requested by customer
    • Door/premises/office closed
  • A custom return address is not possible as courier companies do not offer this option.
  • If your pincode becomes unserviceable after placing the order, we are not responsible for the RTO, and no refund will be processed in such cases.
